Winter Spice Bliss Balls



Winter Spice Bliss Balls are a delicious treat for the winter because they are made with sweet dates and warm spices. They are raw, vegan, and don't have any grains, so they can be used as a healthy snack at any time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, cinnamon, and ginger until a sticky dough forms

Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands

Optional: Roll the balls in shredded coconut or crushed nuts for extra texture

Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
