Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pretzels
- Whipped cream and more Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for garnish optional
Instructions:
Melted butter and pretzel crumbs should be combined in a bowl
To make the crust, press the mixture into a pie dish
Place in the fridge to chill while you make the filling
Cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peanut butter should all be combined in a different bowl and beaten until smooth and creamy
Beat the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Till thoroughly blended, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
Add chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips to the peanut butter mixture and stir
Smooth the top of the prepared pretzel crust after adding the peanut butter filling
For extra crunch, scatter chopped pretzels over the pie's top
Pie should be chilled in the fridge for four hours or longer to set
Before serving, garnish with additional Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and whipped cream, if desired
