Ingredients:
- 8 oz mixed forest mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
