This is a gluten-free and guilt-free version of the classic banana split sundae. It has fresh fruit, dairy-free ice cream, and tasty toppings. Good for you dessert or snack that will fill you up.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts e

- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
Instructions:
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise to get four halves
Put the banana halves on a bowl or serving dish
Put fresh pineapple chunks and strawberry slices on top of each half of a banana
Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts that don't contain dairy to the fruit
Put a little dairy-free vanilla ice cream on top of each banana split
If you want more sweetness, you can drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top
