Gluten-Free Brownie n Berries Dessert Pizza



Indulge in a decadent gluten-free dessert with this Brownie n Berries Dessert Pizza. The chewy brownie crust topped with fresh mixed berries creates a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and coconut sugar

Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips

Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and spread the brownie batter evenly into a circle, forming the pizza crust

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the brownie crust is set

While the crust is baking, gently wash and dry the mixed berries

Once the crust is baked and cooled slightly, arrange the mixed berries on top

Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the berries

Optionally, sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped nuts on top for added flavor and texture

Slice the dessert pizza into wedges and serve
