Low Carb Burger



Indulge in a low-carb burger that's not only healthy but also packed with flavor. This recipe replaces traditional buns with lettuce leaves and incorporates cauliflower for added nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for buns
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sliced avocado
  • Mustard and mayonnaise optional

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

Assemble your low-carb burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf, then topping with sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and condiments of your choice mustard and mayonnaise work well
