Parmesan Rosemary Pork Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

In another dish, place breadcrumbs

Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper

Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the parmesan and rosemary mixture, pressing to adhere

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat

Sear the pork cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C and the coating is crispy

Remove from the oven and let the Parmesan Rosemary Pork Cutlets rest for a few minutes before serving

Serve with lemon wedges for a burst of citrusy flavor
