Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper
Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165F 75C and juices run clear
Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving
