Indulge in a delightful dessert with these gluten-free vegan sweet tortilla pizzas. Crispy tortillas are topped with creamy dairy-free chocolate spread, fresh fruits, coconut, and nuts for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
- 4 gluten-free tortillas
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate spread
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts such as almonds or walnuts
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional, for drizzling
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Put the gluten-free tortillas on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Cover each tortilla with a thick layer of dairy-free chocolate spread
Spread the fresh berries and banana slices out evenly on top of the chocolate spread
Chop up some nuts and sprinkle them on top of the fruits
Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the toppings are just barely browned
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
If you want, drizzle with maple syrup
