Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling
- 48 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until smooth
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture, and mix until well combined
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until a dough forms
Shape the dough into 1
5-inch 3
8 cm balls
Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar to coat
Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the chocolate kisses have set, your Giant Peanut Butter Blossoms are ready to enjoy!
